Before using

  • Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board, so please take the next bus. If all the regular seats are full, you will have to use the auxiliary seats, but the fare will be the same.

  • The operating times are merely estimates. There may be delays due to road conditions. In the unlikely event that a delay occurs, the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.

  • Infants (under 6 years old) travel free of charge, but if they occupy a seat, a child fare will generally be charged.

  • All seats on the bus are non-smoking.

  • Please keep your seat belt fastened while the bus is in motion.

  • The tour is operated with vehicles equipped with toilets.

  • Please carry any valuables or fragile items with you in your carry-on luggage. Large items such as suitcases can be stored in the storage room under the floor. However, luggage that can be stored in the storage room is limited to items the size of a suitcase, and is limited to one item per person. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
